Depending on your role and applicable Korean privacy statutes, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or explanation regarding personal data we process about you in a business context.

We respond within reasonable timelines and may request identity verification. Where we process data solely as a processor on behalf of your employer, we will route requests through your organization when required by contract.

We use infrastructure and communications vendors to host ticketing data, email, and analytics as described in your data processing agreement where one exists.

Subprocessors are selected using security reviews proportionate to risk. A current list is available upon request for enterprise customers and updated when material vendors change.

This notice covers personal data collected through primeflownetwork.one, contact forms, sales inquiries, and service delivery touchpoints operated by FlowLedger Print.

It does not cover third-party sites we link to, OEM vendor portals, or your internal HR systems. Those controllers maintain their own notices.

We collect identifiers such as name, business email, phone number, company, and role when you submit forms or correspond with us. We also collect technical logs including IP address, user agent, and cookie identifiers where permitted.

During engagements we may process device metadata, print queue configuration exports, and ticketing content you choose to share. We avoid collecting document contents unless explicitly scoped.

Marketing and sales prospect data are retained while there is a legitimate interest to follow up, then deleted or anonymized on a rolling basis unless law requires longer storage.

Contract and billing records follow statutory commercial and tax retention periods in Korea. Security logs may be kept for shorter intervals aligned to incident investigation needs.
