Timeframe
For prepaid advisory blocks that have not yet started, you may request cancellation and refund within fourteen days of payment unless work has already commenced with your written approval.
Where services have started, fees cover time and materials already allocated. Partial refunds may apply only as explicitly stated in your order form or where required by mandatory consumer rules that apply to your transaction.

Email team@primeflownetwork.one with invoices, contract references, and a short description of the issue. Finance will acknowledge receipt within five business days.
Enterprise customers should copy their named account director so commercial context is preserved during review.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to undisputed duplicate payments, services not rendered due to our failure to staff an agreed milestone, or statutory rights that cannot be waived under Korean law.
Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes alone does not automatically qualify for refund if deliverables met the written acceptance criteria in your statement of work.
Exceptions
Third-party pass-through costs such as OEM parts, courier fees, or government filing fees are non-refundable once incurred.
Late payment fees, interest, or charges arising from customer breach are not refundable.
Process
Approved refunds for card or bank transfers are processed within fourteen business days after approval unless banking holidays intervene. You must provide accurate beneficiary details.
We may offset refunds against outstanding invoices where contracts permit netting.
Scope
This policy supplements your master services agreement. Where the agreement is silent, these rules apply. Mandatory consumer protection statutes in Korea prevail where they conflict with any commercial clause.
